We want you to love what you wear. Here is how returns work for full-size bottles, what cannot be sent back, and how we handle damaged shipments.
Full-size eaux de parfum may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Discovery samples, promotional items marked final sale, and personalized or engraved products are not eligible for return unless required by law.
Contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will confirm eligibility and provide a return authorization and address.
Returns sent without authorization may experience processing delays or be refused at our discretion.
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method once the parcel is received and inspected — typically within 5–10 business days after we receive it.
Store credit may be offered where an exchange is preferred or where refund timing is limited by payment partners.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, photograph the outer carton and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund at no charge where appropriate.
