These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Scentora Fragrances’ website, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or Scentora.

Product descriptions, imagery, and prices are presented as accurately as possible; occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or cancel orders we cannot honor at the stated price.

Payment is processed through our designated payment partners. You authorize us and our partners to charge your selected payment method for approved orders.

Shipping timelines and carriers are communicated at checkout and in order confirmations. Risk of loss passes in accordance with the shipping method and applicable law.

Return and exchange policies, where offered, are published on the site and may vary by product type or region. Custom or final-sale items may be excluded.

All content on the Services—including branding, copy, photography, and product compositions—is owned by Scentora or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services except as expressly permitted in writing by Scentora.

You agree not to misuse the Services: no unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, interference with security, or attempts to access data or systems without authorization.

We may investigate and cooperate with authorities regarding violations.

The Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowable.

To the extent permitted by law, Scentora’s total liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order in the twelve months preceding the claim, unless a higher minimum applies in your jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction Scentora designates for disputes (update before launch), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
