Shipping

Orders are prepared in our Grasse atelier. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships with tracking information.

During peak periods (holidays, launches), dispatch may extend by an additional 1–2 business days. We will communicate delays on the site or by email where possible.

We partner with trusted carriers for domestic and international delivery. Tracking is available from the moment your parcel is scanned at our hub.

If tracking shows no movement for several days, contact us — we will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level. Complimentary shipping may apply on qualifying order values — the threshold is shown in your cart before payment.

International shipments may incur duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by customs in the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.

You are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can be lawfully imported to your location.
